## The problem

Describe the situation before you arrived.

why Postgres: the data was relational and the reports needed window functions.

## How I built it

Walk through the two or three decisions that shaped the build.

```sql
select day, sum(total) over (order by day) as running
from orders;
```

## Outcome

What changed once it shipped.
